My name is Ailbhe (Ale-va), I'm 28 and I am from Ireland. I have a diverse childcare background, including:
Child Minding/Babysitting: I began child minding and babysitting at 15, caring for children from newborn to teenage years.
Studio Family Photography: This has honed my ability to engage with children of all ages and individual needs, allowing me to capture authentic moments. I later leaned into newborn photography. I was referred to as the "baby whisperer".
Volunteering in Zambia: At 16, I volunteered in an orphanage for one month. Most of the children there were mentally and/or physically challenged. It was a life-changing experience.
Dance Teaching: I've taught dance to children as young as 3, including those with special needs.
Summer Camp Leadership: Along with my co-worker, I successfully organised and led multiple week-long camps, planning indoor and outdoor activities.
In short, I am a gentle, loving, and caring person and I absolutely adore children. I would treat your children as if they were my own family. As a bonus, you'll get some professional-grade photos of your little legends!
