Hello! I was a Kindergarten and Preschool teacher for more than 8 years. I have two children of my own, and have decided to take some time to focus on my own children more while they are young. I am looking to help nanny, clean/organize, tutor, do learning activities and help some local families while my children are at school for the day. I have several years of experience taking care of small children. I grew up taking care of my little sister who is 13 years younger than me. While attending University. I interned for Head Start, which is a free preschool program for low-income families. There, I worked one-on-one with three and 4-year-olds, helping with arts and crafts and other skill-building activities. I am now a stay-at-home mom of four boys, ages 13, 11, 5, & 3. Now that my older three are in school all day, I'm looking for a position where I can provide childcare in my own home. I love to do crafts, play games, and spend a lot of time outside. I have experience taking care of multiple children of all ages. I have experience caring for kids with special needs and am CPR certified.

I have worked in the Oakland County School Districts as a sub para-pro for three years. I have worked with a lot of different types of disabilities, including Autism, Asperger's, CI, Developmentally Delayed and Down Syndrome. Additionally, I have worked as a Behavior Aid Coach for the past year. I have 4 years of experience total.

Hi, I am currently working with Washtenaw Intermediate School District as a Parent Educator with Early Head Start. I completed my Master's degree in Early Childhood Education in 2021. I have been working with children and families for 7+ years. I was a nanny for 2 years, I worked in private child care centers for 3 years, and I have been in home-based Early Head Start for a year and a half. I am passionate about supporting children and families and I am looking for either one-time or recurring babysitting opportunities to supplement my income. I have been CPR/First Aid certified, I am currently in the process of getting re-certified.

I've been in the childcare industry for about 12+ years now. I have lots of experience with children. I've nannied for 5 different families and I also was a teacher at Kinder Care Learning Centers. I have studied and taken courses in both early childhood and elementary education as well. I'm very active and fun. I'm mature and responsible but still a child at heart. I genuinely love being around kids and watching their growth. As a nanny, my duties included pick ups/drop offs, running errands, light preparation of meals and light housekeeping. Throughout the 10+ years of being a nanny, I have worked with children from newborn babies to teens. The first family that I nannied for lasted almost three years. The children were1, 4 and 6 when I started. I did many things with the children as far as daily activities go. I prepared meals, bathed, helped with school work, entertained them with activities and outings. I was also their housekeeper, ran errands to help and traveled with the family a lot. The father played for the NBA so things were very busy around their house. The second family I nannied for lasted several years. The girls were 4 and 8 when I started. Both of the parents were lawyers and were very busy. I did all the things for the girls that a nanny would do. They were very involved in sports, so a big part of my job was getting the girls to and from school and practices each day along with making sure they got school work done and were fed. I was also their housekeeper and frequent dog sitter. I started my third nanny job doing a share with my previous. There were 3 children when I started; they were 2, 4 and 7 and the 4th on the way. I gained a ton of experience working with newborns during this position. I currently have taken a couple years off from working full time with children to try out new things. I realize that working with and being around children is my passion. I'm very eager to find a good fit with a family to connect and work with.

I can clean, organize, cook, do yard work, take care of pets and plants, laundry, and dishes. You name it I can do most of it. I can clean outdated foods from pantries, and do deep cleaning of the fridge and oven.

I've always been very patient, caring, and loving; caring for children comes naturally to me. I've worked with children of all ages over the past 16 years. I enjoy being a nanny and plan to do so while I build my nutrition practice in Shelby Township (Awaken Health Nutrition). I have a master's degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. I also have a bachelor's degree from Oakland University, where I studied Integrative Holistic Medicine. Open to a part-time or full-time position. I'm extremely trustworthy, honest, and hardworking.
