We are seeking a nanny share situation with a nanny who offers screen free Montessori style learning. We hope to connect with someone who is soft spoken and nurturing. Our girl goes not have any special needs. My husband and I both work four day work week. We only need care 3 days a week until late May where we will then need 4 days a week. Hoping to connect with a family who can host at their home but ours is open if needed. We are hoping to share with another family whose little is within 2-3 months of our daughter. We are an outdoorsy and bubbly family! The rate listed is low only bc we are looking for a share situation.

I will be returning to work soon, and I need care on Fridays especially, but also Saturdays and Sundays. It would be the same three days a week, but the hours may vary. I have a ton of animals, so enjoying animals is a huge plus. My partner will be home on Saturdays and Sundays, so Fridays will be the only day you are home alone. My 8-year-old is my stepdaughter- she is here every other week Wed.-Sun. The majority of the time will be with my 1-year-old and 3. 5-year-old. I am homeschooling with a very easy and simple curriculum, so someone willing to encourage and assist with that would be lovely. Someone willing to play outside, go for a walk/bike ride, or just generally stay away from TV time as much as possible would be great! I am looking to pay two to three hundred a week, depending on experience and hours agreed upon.

Mainly I need someone to tend to my new baby. She is still nursing. I need to be able to spend time working at my desk from home, while she is being taken care of in the house.
