Seeking Nanny Share In SW Portland

We are seeking a nanny share situation with a nanny who offers screen free Montessori style learning. We hope to connect with someone who is soft spoken and nurturing. Our girl goes not have any special needs. My husband and I both work four day work week. We only need care 3 days a week until late May where we will then need 4 days a week. Hoping to connect with a family who can host at their home but ours is open if needed. We are hoping to share with another family whose little is within 2-3 months of our daughter. We are an outdoorsy and bubbly family! The rate listed is low only bc we are looking for a share situation.
