For the past 10 years, I have taught kids from the ages of 5 to 15 piano and violin in the area I was living at the time. (Grand Rapids and Metro Detroit). Often times I would babysit the children as well since they were already familiar with me and it was nice to spend time outside of teaching music with them. One family in Grand Rapids I was with long-term (3 years) I spent a lot of time caring for their children outside of music lessons, especially when they had their third child. I watched that child from newborn to age 2. Majority of my experience has been in Human Resources in Healthcare. I am transitioning my career and pursuing wedding photography and teaching music full-time. I am looking for a family that I can be with part-time with hours ending around 3-4 p.m. I live in Birmingham, MI. I have my own transportation (Fiat 500 Sport) and clean MVR (which I can provide upon request. My CPR certification has expired but I am willing to get one.
