About Megan

Hello, my name is Megan, and I love caring for children! I am currently in my third year as an online math intervention teacher for a charter school, but am available to babysit and/or tutor in the evenings and the weekends. I have a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies and Psychology, a Multiple-Subject Teaching Credential, and a Masters Degree in Teaching and Learning. I have also taught first grade at an international school in Colombia and taught English at a summer camp in Italy. In summers past, I have babysat children aged 18-months to 12 years old. In addition, I worked in a preschool class for students aged 3-5. I have also been a camp counselor at the youth org. for children aged 4-6. I am CPR and First Aid Certified, and I own my own car. As a babysitter, I would love to give your children fun-filled days with arts and crafts, dancing, and trips to the park and the library! As a tutor, I make learning fun and engaging and teach in a way that makes sense to the child.
