My last position was Post acute care coordinator at a local hospital which I did for over 5 years. My employment background includes working in Home health care, Doctors offices and private duty. I also held positions at a community health center and a specialist practice. I have been fortunate enough to work with Seniors throughout my career, fostering meaningful relationships while applying my Nursing background. I have found this very rewarding.
