Marlene (Mary) was a very professional and highly skilled at caregiving for my mother. My mother is a very high level of care due to being a quadriplegic. Marlene knew how to do the tough stuff like clean catheter bags, use hoyer lift transfer, and change diapers. I would highly recommend her for your loved one!
