Ines was very attentive, friendly, caring, and prompt when taking care of my sister-in-law for over 2 years. My sister-in-law could be a bit demanding at times, but Ines was very patient with her. In fact Ines was one of her favorite caregivers, and trust me that says a lot about Ines.
