About Layla

I am currently studying social work to become a case worker in the foster care system. In 2021, I became an Au Pair here in the States, and I recently became a permanent resident (I am from Germany). In my first host family, I took care of 3 children, and in my second host family, I took care of one baby. I have experience with children of all ages, but most of my experience is with infants, as I have spent most of my time with my second host family and also babysitting babies prior to becoming an Au Pair. I also did a short internship in a daycare and the hospital in the labor and delivery unit, so I am also comfortable taking care of newborns. I have training in CPR and First Aid and I also did additional training to prepare me for the Au Pair program. My husband and I are moving from Michigan to Miami in April, so I am hoping to find a position where I could start late April/early May.
