I wish I could give 5 stars, but communication is key. My baby really gravitated to Manon. She has a caring and calm demeanor. Unfortunately, Manon got covid right before thanksgiving, we were in constant communication in hopes of her speedy recovery. I started back to work, juggling without help… waiting for Manon to return and she ghosted me.. no response. It would have been nice to at least let me know she wouldn’t be able to return and I should proceed with finding another nanny.
