Hi, I'm Michaela. I have 7+ years of experience caring for kids from 3 months to 12 years old. I've worked as an au pair in the U. S., a nanny in Tampa, a kindergarten teacher in Prague, and a nanny in Colombia. I'm passionate about working with kids and creating a fun, safe, and positive environment for them to learn and thrive. I love getting to know different cultures and am always open-minded and adaptable. I'm also experienced with house management, running errands, and love cooking! Michaela arrived early at our place and proactively gave us updates about our daughter theoughout the night. She was also very flexible in terms of hours and told to stay out longer! I will definitely reach out to her again when we come back to Miami.
