The scope of my work is specifically to assist and motivate individuals to stay physically active. I assist with physical therapy exercises and assisted stretching. I also accompany individuals on neighborhood walks to mountain hikes. I am interested in helping motivate children of all ages to senior citizens with different levels of care. I also enjoy being a family & property assistant. Taking on tasks so you can enjoy the most important part of your day! I recently renewed my First Aid/CPR certification.

Katherine has been godsend! I am a 76 year old man with Parkinson's. She is very intelligent and intuitive. By that I mean she has gotten to know me and anticipates my needs. She has a wonderful "can do" attitude and is extremely reliable. I highly recommend her.
