I've been working as a pediatric medical assistant for the past year, and I'm motivated to become a caregiver because of my passion for working with children and my desire to support families. I believe in creating a positive and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. I'm a patient, calm, and friendly individual who can easily connect with children. I'm also formal and reserved, which helps me maintain a professional demeanor while still being approachable. When it comes to communicating with parents, I prefer to follow their preferred method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text or phone call, or something else. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as directed by the parents, and I enjoy playing board games and puzzles with children. I also like to incorporate educational games that promote learning. I'm certified in CPR and First Aid, and I'm a certified nursing assistant.
