I am a licensed former special education teacher. I taught special education for five years; three years at the high school level and two years at the middle school level. I taught 7th and 8th grade English in the collaborative setting, 7th grade history in the collaborative setting, and US history in the collaborative setting. I have a Master of Arts degree in Teaching. I also have a BA in history with an English minor. I was awarded a distinction for my senior paper and graduated both summa and magna cum laude. I taught English in South Korea for approximately one year and also worked as a private English tutor during my time in Seoul. I currently work as a teacher's assistant in the kindergarten classroom.
