As a former elementary / middle school English teacher and current college English professor, I specialize in helping young learners build foundational skills and master advanced concepts in reading and writing. My experience as a classroom teacher spans from Elementary teaching of all subjects to Middle School Language & Literature, to my role now as a College English Professor. I am a qualified tutor in all subjects up to sixth grade, and Reading and Writing up to the post-secondary level. I have a Bachelor's Degree in English from UC Irvine and Master's Degree in English with an emphasis in Writing and Rhetoric from Boise State University.
