About Dana

Hi! My name is Dana! I have been an elementary teacher for 6 years and am ready to transition to Birth Doula work. Since Doula work is typically not 40 hrs a week, I am looking for 2 or 3 families with infants to 2-year-olds in need of a nanny 3-5 days a week. I am currently a kindergarten teacher. I have participated in Infant CPR, and safe infant sleep training. I have been an infant and toddler teacher for a total of about 7 years and know how integral providing infants and toddlers with hands-on, enriching sensory and social experiences is for development. I'm skilled at implementing routines and schedules to meet the needs of all babies in my care. 1 baby from 1 family: $25/hr 2 babies 2 families: $15 an hour from each family rates negotiable and also amount of infants-toddlers from each family negotiable Understanding that as a doula i'd be on call potentially 3 times a month- may not affect nannying but could plan to get cert by sept '25 send a message! :)
