Kylie nannied for us for 14 months, caring for our son while he was two and three years old. She also cared for our friends’ daughter who is about six months younger than our son (caring for each child one-on-one some days and as a nanny-share some days). Kylie is a phenomenal nanny. She is a caring and nurturing, while also maintaining and supporting developmentally appropriate boundaries and expectations with children in a playful way. She is super approachable and brings a calm energy to her work. She was a nap whisperer with our child when he resisted naps from all others. She planned great activities that engaged our son, got him outside on walks and to play in our yard, and also supported his development of independent play. She was able to strike a great balance between child-led activity, nanny-planned activity and getting through the necessary daily routines. Kylie also did an amazing job caring for our friends’ child and for the two kids together. She was great at supporting the kids’ interactions and budding friendship while ensuring each child had the individualized care they needed. Kylie drove our child to and from a variety of locations and activities and we have every confidence in her caring for him in any setting. Kylie is a mature professional, very reliable and communicative. She is a highly skilled nanny who will be a true partner to your family.
