About Carmen

Hi, my name is Carmen and I have over 20 years of experience. I love helping seniors keep their sense of independence and motivation in their day to day lives! I have experience with working with people with dementia and Alzheimers, but I am open to working with all seniors. My priority is seniors having comfort in their own homes so I help out with daily life needs, including but not limited to: light housekeeping, shopping, keeping up with personal hygiene, cooking meals and catering to dietary restrictions, accompanying them to appointments, and assisting in physical therapy exercises. In addition, I am an animal lover and willing to help with pet care, specifically cats and dogs, living with any senior at home. Growing old can be a very difficult, isolating life transition and receiving the necessary love and care can be life changing. I take my role as a caretaker very seriously and care very deeply for each of my clients. I have references available if needed.
