We hired Julia (Julie) and she worked for us for about a month. We liked her and she was doing a good job. Then she disappeared without notice or warning. Did not respond to phone calls, text messages, etc. She did something similar for the first interview with us where she didn't show up and again without any notice or message. Her excuse was her phone had stopped working which sounded reasonable so we gave her a second chance. But now in hindsight it seems to be a pattern.
