My family had the great privilege of working with Lavenia for 5 years until 2024 as a live-in caregiver for my father before he moved into memory care with advanced Alzheimers. I can honestly say that under her care dad’s health improved dramatically, despite his cognitive decline. She is proactive and professional, dependable and always had dad’s wellbeing in mind. Lavenia created enrichment activities that were customized to my dad, and she was meticulous about his safety and hygeine. Lavenia’s integrity and communication skills are excellent. She is a gem of a woman and we miss her dearly. If you have the good fortune to work with her, know that she will treat you and your loved ones like members of her family. She is very modest, so appreciate her often and take good care of her too
