Learning is one of my greatest joys and I love to share that excitement with kids of all ages. California-certified for grades K-8, I have taught classrooms from Kindergarten through fifth grade in a National Blue Ribbon School, an Expeditionary Learning charter school, and in myriad other settings ranging from soccer fields to tutoring centers. I am so passionate about education that I coached an Odyssey of the Mind creative problem-solving team all the way to the World Finals and currently serve as President of the LTUSD School Board. I am certified in CPR through 2024, and have a (fingerprint) clearance.

Bonnie is an outstanding nanny and teacher and highly respected by everyone in our family. Bonnie exceeds all the qualifications we're looking for. She's been helping us with our one-year-old and six-year-old kids and we're extremely happy with her help. Bonnie is very thoughtful and comes up with safe fun activities for the kids, they can't see her enough. Our one-year old who's very shy given she hasn't seen many adults during the pandemic warmed up to her within minutes and keeps saying "Bonnie nice" daily, all week, waiting for Bonnie to be back. Our six-year old absolutely adores Bonnie. When Bonnie comes to our house, both kids run to the door immediately to see her. Bonnie communicates clearly, shares concerns around safety and makes helpful suggestions. When a kid is out of line, she lets them know in a gentle and appropriate way. Bonnie has always been punctual. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend Bonnie!
