About Bailey

Ever since I was a teenager I knew I wanted to work around children. At 15 I started volunteering at the local YMCA and joined a group for teens to come together and take care of the community and hosted events every Friday night for parents to have a night out and kids spent the night having an amazing time with so many activities and ended the night with a movie. I did that until I turned 18. During those years I also worked at the YMCA during the summers and was a sleep-a-way camp counselor for 3 years. After college I got a job at the American Girl Store in Columbus as the manager of the hair salon! And for the past 4 years ive been around children all day and enjoy having conversations with them and making them feel special and seen. With all of my experience I feel that I can be very entertaining but also politely firm if I have to be.
