I have had a passion for working with children and being a safe beacon for them since high school. I started caring for children as a date night babysitter and part-time nanny throughout high school. I cared for children ages 1m -5 years. I also volunteered in my church nursery, children's, and middle school programs. I majored in Children's Ministry and during my time in college I volunteered at a church as the Children's Ministry Intern. During the summer I worked at a camp with 1st-6th graders and worked in childcare. I am a former preschool teacher as well and before moving to Columbus I nannied for a family for two years and maintain an ongoing relationship with them. I am available to provide childcare in my home. I have an almost 3-month-old and can accommodate 2 additional children. I include music, story time, arts & crafts, gross motor, sensory play and outdoor activities into a child's day. I look forward to hearing from you!

Jess is the only friend I have trusted with my baby girl who is now one year old. Over the past year, Jess has watched her for at least a half dozen times and every time my daughter has a blast and I know is safe and well taken care of which puts me tremendously at ease. I went back to work briefly for 4 months after having my daughter and ultimately left the workforce to raise her full time in part because we had such a rough go in the nanny department. It is extremely difficult to find someone who you can trust with your child - I told my husband time and time again I wish we could find someone like Jess who was working full time in the non profit world at the time. If you are looking for the ideal nanny that will love your child, look no further - I would have zero reservations about hiring Jess as a full time nanny - she would be such a blessing to any family!
