About Ann

I am responsible, compassionate and fun caregiver. I began working with kids at 16 teaching tennis. It took me some extra time to realize what I want to do for my career. After high school I attended Pittsburgh Technical Institute, for, Culinary Arts and experienced the kitchen life. I can make a mean charcuterie board, but I realize working in the kitchen full-time is not for me. I love caring for people, and I found my passion is working with kids. For the past three years, I worked as a mental health worker at a residential treatment facility called, Hoffman Homes for Youth in Littlestown, PA. This is where I found my love for working with kids going through mental and behavioral health challenges. Experience importance of building a relationship with your clients. Those kids taught me so much about myself, the social work system, and what I can do to make a difference.
