About Lauren

Hello my name is Lauren, I'm 28 years old and I absolutely love caring for children! I grew up in Connecticut, but just moved to Delray Beach last week. I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling with an Art Therapy specialization from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. Through my counseling career, I have worked part time as a nanny for families in the Boston area spanning over 5 years. I love doing fun projects with children and sharing with them my love of art. I also love to cook and spent a majority of my childhood attached to my grandmothers hip in the kitchen. I can make breakfast, lunch, dinner and also bake delicious treats for the kids. Through my experiences I have learned much about myself and others, which has led me to continue working with children. I encourage children to be creative, enthusiastic and expand their horizons which I love having a part of. I will create a comfortable, fun, and safe environment with my positive and upbeat personality!
