Nancy cared for our 3 boys and has been a part of our family for 6 years. She started with our family when I had my 2nd son. He was only 10 weeks old when I had to return to work. Nancy is a warm and nurturing person and after meeting with her, and seeing her interact with my boys, I felt 100% comfortable having her care for them while I was at work. I could truly work with ease and knew that she had every intention of raising and caring for them like her own children. My 3rd son she cared for as soon as he came home from the hospital! Nancy constantly kept my boys engaged and active. From playing outdoors. Going to the park and library, doing creative projects etc. She also has an early childhood background and very in tune with the loving, caring and safe environment children need. Nancy is a true gem and if she did not have to recently move, she would still be with us. She will always be a part of our family but any family who hires her has truly won the lottery.
