With five years of hands-on experience working with children ranging from 6 months to 12 years old, I am confident in my ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children while supporting their development and growth. During my previous roles, I have developed and implemented age-appropriate activities that foster creativity, learning, and social skills. I have a deep understanding of the needs of children at different developmental stages and am skilled in managing multiple children simultaneously, ensuring their safety and well-being.
