About Alayna

Hi! My name is Alayna, and I am currently a Sophomore at MSU studying Interior Design. I have always enjoyed working with kids and have since I was 15 years old. I like providing them positive experiences that help them grow, have fun, and enjoy their childhood. I'm a calm and patient person who stays composed in any situation. I believe in encouraging creativity and imagination in children, specifically by doing hands-on activities, while also ensuring their safety. I follow the preferred communication method of parents to keep them updated about their child's day and address any concerns. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents, and I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to educational games. I was certified in CPR, and I am planning to renew my certification. I'm happy to assist with any additional duties to help the family. I really look forward to finding a family that I can get to know and support.
