I work from home and need someone to watch my 18-month-old son from 8am-5 p.m. one to two times a week. The days may fluctuate from week to week.

I have friends coming to stay with me next week and don't have the time to do a deep clean on my apartment. I need the bathroom (shower, toilet, floor) cleaned. Kitchen, dining area and living room cleaned as well as the bedroom vacuumed and dusted. I have wood vinyl flooring throughout the apartment but carpet in the bedroom. I do have an area rug in the living room. I would prefer you bring your own cleaning supplies. I've never had anyone clean my home. Hands-on Care Needed For Myself This is a permanent position. I am a 76-year-old quadriplegic retired physician. Help is needed with simple food preparation, housekeeping, bathing, dressing, stretching, grooming, transferring by Hoyer and basic physical exercise. Need help Tuesday overnight, Wednesday overnight, and every other Friday and Saturday overnight. The work you do with me is financed by third party agency paying $18 per hour gross minus taxes. We have our COVID vaccines. There are 2 cats in the house. Smoking outside the house only.

We have two boys 21 months old. They used to sleep really well at night. But recently one of them has started with sleep regression, and around 2 or 3 a.m. he is up for 2 hours daily. He is not fussy, he is just awake and wants to be held. We need someone who can just sooth him back to sleep. We don't need to feed them or change diapers or do anything else.
