Two kind-hearted, affectionate and busy boys are in need of part-time DSP's!
The job will include some or all of the following: Presence and (occasionally) support during ABA therapy sessions, Facilitating the completion of homework assignments, driving to and from activities, minor cleaning and organizing/cooking/laundry for the kids, assistance completing activities of daily living and facilitating recreational activities.

This job offers different shifts and hours. Even though I am mentioning two kids on this post, you would only be responsible for one of them at a time. Responsibility for both would be under special circumstance and would include a higher pay rate.
Both of my children identify as boys. They are 9 and 10 years old. They love Legos, video games, card games, art, and sports. Their extracurricular activities include parkour and a musical instrument. They also have ABA for two hours every weekday.
Must be CPR Certified and First Aid Certified!
Must have child care experience with children who have high-functioning Autism.
Must be comfortable dealing with behaviors as they could happen occasionally.
As per the Commonwealth of Virginia, you must also be able to pass a criminal and CPS Background check.
There is visitor parking. We can also give you a pass if there are no spaces available. Public transportation would drop you off on Highway and you'd have to walk or bike about a mile to our home.
We have an orange cat named Spirit. She is 8 years old and usually she likes to socialize. She does like to try to consume human food and beverages so this is always important to look after. It is also important, if you need to give her food, that you don't give a lot because she's picky and likes it fresh. Yes, I have a bougie cat!
