Having your own vehicle is important as well as a clean driving record. Our current sitter always takes our toddler out to do fun activities, library trips, toddler classes, playgrounds etc. we usually do breakfast together but lunch and (if it is a longer day) dinner we expect meal prep for our little one. there isn't much housework around, I personally take care of it and we also have a housekeeper 1x a week. I would just expect for her things to be kept as neatly as possible on the days that you are able to. I believe that in order for us to trust you and give the responsibility of our daughter we have to also have to get along, so I'm looking for someone with a positive attitude and energy because that is very important when it comes to kids. In the beginning, there would be a paid training period where you would shadow our current babysitter to learn the ropes!
