We're a family of three looking for part time care for our 4-year-old daughter. A little bit about us - we love camping, hiking, and enjoying the PNW as a family. My husband is a stay at home parent and I work full time, currently hybrid in person/work from home. Hours/days/times are flexible, we just need some extra support 6-12 hours per week. We're focused on summer care, but would happily extend to ongoing if schedules align when our daughter starts part time preschool in the fall. We are looking for a great caretaker for 3 children in Driftwood. We need a caretaker who has their own car and who is comfortable with pets. 8-year-old has ASD level 2 so we would prefer someone with neurodivergent experience. We are looking for someone with a reliable car who is able to work part time as a fill in driver and caretaker of our 3 kiddos. We live on a ranch so you should be comfortable being around horses, chickens, cats, and dogs.

Then the schedule would be part time 7-8:30 in the mornings prepping and taking them to school (they walk/bike or ride to the near-by elementary) and 3:00-6:00 p.m. (depending on sports might be 6:30pm). From 3-6 p.m. you would get them a snack, supervise their homework and activities until we got home from school. We would also need care full time on school holidays.

I’m looking for a reliable housekeeper to come in once a week for about two to three hours, depending on efficiency. My home is 1, 400 square feet with 2. 5 bathrooms. The main priority is laundry, along with general organization (picking up and putting things away), cleaning bathrooms, the kitchen, linens, dusting, and vacuuming. I understand it might not be possible to get everything done each visit, so I’d be happy for you to focus on the top priorities each week and rotate through other tasks as needed.
