We have 3 kids, the oldest of which is homeschooled. Our middle kiddo goes to preschool two days a week, and the youngest turned a year old in December. Our days are pretty flexible and very loosely structured. Mom works 12hr shifts, 2-3 days a week, and Dad's schedule is usually structured around that, typically 8-9 hour days. We'd be looking to have someone here on days that we overlap, to cover when my husband needs to be at work. Ideally, our oldest would get a couple of hours of school done, and the two younger ones would do crafts and play.

I would schedule where I would be here for meals and leave him a snack. About the care needs: They should be patient and calm and able to go with delusions if necessary.
