We are looking for a great occasional sitter for 2 children in Manteca. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. This will start out as a a sifter while mommy is home until trust and comfort are established. We have a small dog who needs fed and let out throughout the sitters time. The girls need meals prepared and the house needs to stay as clean as possible.

We are looking for a great nanny/babysitter for 2 children in Anacortes. I am a stay at home mom and my husband is in the navy. His schedule is very sporadic at the moment (we usually don't know what the next day looks like until 3 or 4 p.m. the day before). Because of this, we are looking for someone who is very flexible in their availability. We don't need care every day, maybe once or twice a week for several hours so I can attend appointments, run errands, get things done around the house and occasional date nights. Our son is 2. 5 yo and is very energetic. He loves anything outdoors, sports (currently hockey) and vehicles (currently into space ships and jets). Our daughter is 2m and will mostly be with me.

We are trying to teach our kids to be responsible, so we need someone to help them be accountable with chores, time management, preparing for the next school day, and homework. We would like someone who could help out with light housekeeping and laundry after the kids go to bed. Must have reliable transportation.

My wife has a standard work schedule, while mine is more variable but offers some flexibility. I often start early, leave mid-day to work remotely, and sometimes return later once my wife's workday is over. However, there may be days when a full workday is needed. Our 9-month-old is pleasant, inquisitive, and developing right on track. She has received excellent care with family support, but we've now hit a gap in coverage. We're looking for childcare for about 3 months (possibly more) and will reassess after that.

We have a Two story home, 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom, kitchen living room on main floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. We are looking for someone to regularly clean every other week, first we need a deep clean walls, floors, cabinets dusting and then from there just light cleaning every other week. Access to parking must have your own transportation.
