Hi! We are looking for an occasional babysitter to watch our kids when we go out on dates. Our son is a curious toddler and our daughter is almost one. They require a lot of supervision due to their age, but are overall well-behaved, sweet children. We do not do screen time; they enjoy reading and playing with toys. We have a German shepherd who can be in the common area if you are comfortable with dogs; we are also happy to keep her in the basement or outside. We look forward to hearing from you!

We are looking for a nanny, 4 days a week. Our baby girl will be about 4months old, so experience with infants is a must. Nanny must have reliable transportation and be comfortable with pets. We have one very sweet, female (close to 3 years old) in the house. Letting her out for potty breaks and occasional walks. Also some help with light household chores, but we are not expecting that to be the main priority. Mother works from home and will be home in the house with you, so additional chores will only be necessary depending on her workload. Father will be away from the house for work. We are willing to negotiate pay based on your preferences and also offer 2 paid vacation weeks/year. Our current nanny is graduating so we are looking for someone to take over care of our two boys. They attend daycare most of the day but we both work very early in the morning at the hospital, so are looking for someone to come around 6a 2-3 mornings per week and drop the boys off at daycare around 8/9a. Afternoon hours would also be a bonus but not a requirement.

We have a 2 bed 2 bath townhome and one bedroom we don't use but the other bedroom and 2 bathrooms we do use and those are the ones we would need cleaned.
