About who needs care: She is independent, but someone needs to be with my mother always, because she needs help transferring to and from her wheelchair/bathroom. She also needs someone to help her to and from the shower, although we are building a roll in shower for her. About the care needs: Her mind is clear, no dementia. We're a fun, busy, family in Johnson City looking for a part-time Family Assistant/Nanny to help with after-school care and household support for about 20 hrs/week, based upon your availability. Most days start around 3:30 p.m. (or 3 p.m. if doing school pickup). Seeking an individual for after school/camp care for a household with 3 children. Clean driving record and a reliable car are a MUST HAVE. Monday through Friday Afternoons: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. We are looking for year-round care on a permanent and long-term basis. Mornings also available: 7:45 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. Afternoons will consist of getting our 6yo off the bus and getting all three children prepared and to or from after school activities. There is a good amount of driving, but all activities are within 15-25 minutes from the house. Homework help for 6yo may also be necessary. Hello. I am a first time mom. I'd like to hire someone to do some light housekeeping, cleaning, maybe help make bottles and help with the baby sometimes. primarily I'd like my husband and I to figure it out and bond and learn what to do. I do NOT want to pass the baby to you to take care of if I can help it. I want the baby to get used to our smell and us holding her. It's no offense on your end it's just what I believe is needed. So I'd like someone around maybe reading a book or knitting or something quiet and unobtrusive or cleaning up and just keeping the place clean and tidy and trying to be helpful but with limited oversight and obviously you would be compensated even in down time. Ideally I'd like someone sweet and quiet and who is certified in child CPR and who is available to help out on some nights as well.
