I need help with General Administration duties at both my Home Office and Executive Office. Duties to include Answering phones, Copying, Filing Management, Sourcing out vendors, Mailing and office Errands, organization and tiding. My ideal assistant has a college degree, experience as Personal and Administrative Assistant, knowledgeable in using Excel, disciplined, punctual and very reliable. Need someone available to start asap. Temporary position for 30 days, but circumstances may lead to optional extension.
