Hello! I am seeking an in-home caregiver on behalf of my sister, Maddi, to assist with her morning routine. A little bit about Maddi, she is 31 years old and has a condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Essentially the nerves that send signals to her muscles do not work and thus cause her muscles to be weak and/or not work. As a result she uses a power wheelchair to get around. She lives with my parents in Winneconne. Maddi works part-time remotely for a plastic recycling company. She also has a service dog, Vargas, who is a black lab. She is looking for someone to help her get up in the morning Monday - Friday. The times of shifts can be flexible, but would average around 2-3 hrs/day. She needs assistance with dressing, bathing, toileting, and getting ready for the day.

While you should have your own reliable car, you can feel free to use one of ours for drop off/pick up days, both schools are less than a mile from the house. We have a small (13lbs) and friendly dog who is very chill but will be sure to alert you to amazon deliveries and the mail man. We have a 7-year-old son and one cat. We are looking for someone who can take care of him on date nights, and would potentially be open to overnights in the future if possible. Our time away would mostly be on weekends, but sometimes during the week. Hello caregivers! We have two sweet daughters ages 5 and 3. 5, and we are expecting a 3rd baby girl in early June. I am a stay-at-home mom since 2023, but my husband works in Arizona during the week, so I need someone to start in May as a nanny. We'd like to start you off at 30 hours per week but this may grow to 40 hours per week over time. Key responsibilities: manage day to day for older girls, pickup/dropoffs (car provided), activities, meals and meal prep, groceries, laundry, daily tidying and cleaning (we have a 2x month housekeeper for deep cleans), household management. Our ideal candidate is extremely reliable and organized, a good communicator, fun & friendly but firm with the kids. Bilingual is a huge plus (especially Spanish or German!), clean driving record, excellent references. Pay and benefits are negotiable DOE.
