Hello! I am seeking an in-home caregiver on behalf of my sister, Maddi, to assist with her morning routine. A little bit about Maddi, she is 31 years old and has a condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Essentially the nerves that send signals to her muscles do not work and thus cause her muscles to be weak and/or not work. As a result she uses a power wheelchair to get around. She lives with my parents in Winneconne. Maddi works part-time remotely for a plastic recycling company. She also has a service dog, Vargas, who is a black lab. She is looking for someone to help her get up in the morning Monday - Friday. The times of shifts can be flexible, but would average around 2-3 hrs/day. She needs assistance with dressing, bathing, toileting, and getting ready for the day.
