New Windsor family in search of a fun babysitter for our 11yo Twins to start end of August. Our 11yo son is a very happy and smart boy with cerebral palsy who attends regular classroom with his twin sister. He does use a motorized wheelchair and his needs are not behavioral, they are physical. He does require help with dressing and diaper changes, but for the most part likes to do his own thing with his electronics (strong interest in computer coding). His sister on the other hand loves to play with dolls and be active - riding her bike and horses. We are looking for help getting the kids on and off the bus Wed-Fri. Hours during summer are all day, but once school starts days are typically 5a-8a, then 300p-630p, and if you prefer more hours this can be discussed. In the summer, hours would be 5a-6p potentially on same days.

She thrives with someone who knows how to interact with toddlers, keeps the conversation going, and can match her curiosity and enthusiasm. The position is Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at our home in Islip Terrace. We have a great backyard setup for summer fun, but she also loves going to library classes, so we'd like someone comfortable driving (our car). We are looking for a great nanny for our 1-year-old son starting in August on Monday-Thursday. Between the 4 days there would be around 25 hours. Times can be somewhat flexible. I work from home and my husband and I both coach high school sports in the fall, so we would need coverage during the day and some potentially in the late afternoon/early evening during practices and games.
