I'm looking for a great babysitter for 2 children.

We are working professionals looking for a full-time nanny for our almost 2-year-old son starting February 10. We are looking for an empathetic and motivated individual who has experience with toddlers as well as references they can provide. Hours would be approximately 7AM-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our son will be going to half day preschool from 8 a.m. to 1145AM, so we are hoping to find someone who can come at 7AM, help him get ready for the day, and take him to school. Our ideal candidate would perform light housework such as kitchen cleaning, meal prep, and laundry while our son is at school and then napping. Hourly rate is negotiable depending on duties you are willing to perform. We will only consider individuals who are non-smokers and are up to date on flu and Covid-19 vaccinations.

Maybe someone just looking for side income or a stay-at-home mom needing some extra money, we cannot afford what full time caregivers are making hourly. For example, we are looking at possibly 25 hours a week (Mon - Friday, 8-1pm) paid $180-275 a week cash. This is not an exact amount but an example of what we can afford. This job would really just require hanging with our 1-year-old, playing with him, keeping him safe, fed, changed, spending time with him. We are not strict on-screen time, and we do not require any chores or household cleaning, which is another reason the pay is what it's expected to be.
