Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Dallas - Afternoon Pickup From School Is The Main Priority

I'm looking for a great nanny with reliable transportation for our two girls that will be 4 years old and 7 years old this summer. We will need someone that can pick them up from school and bring them home. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping (laundry and loading/unloading the dishwasher) and willing to help with homework. This will be an ongoing position, M-F 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. with potential need for morning care that will be scheduled 1-3 months in advance, if needed. I work from home but my position has rotational shifts that will require me to work day, evening, and night shifts. My husband travels out of town for work once or twice a month which is when we would potentially need morning care. We don't have any pets or allergies in the household.
