I need help with dishes, laundry, changing the beds

My tenant is moving out of the first floor apartment at the end of July and I want to line someone up for cleaning on 8/1. Tenants are required to clean but we have found that more often than not, they really don't do a good job so we want to just expect that and plan for a cleaner. Please provide own supplies because unit will be empty. One small bathroom with tile but just shower curtain (no glass), kitchen with tile all other rooms wood floors (dining room, two small bedrooms, one living room). We thought we could agree on a set number of hours (e. g. maybe 5 hours?) and give you a list of our priorities and you could work your way down until the time ran out. She did have one cat.
