We need a babysitter for our 1 child in Vancouver. And we're looking now! We would prefer someone who could help out with meal prep and mostly do activities with my energetic 41/2 yr old girl.

We are looking for a part-time nanny/sitter for our 2 kiddos (ages 1 and 4) while my husband and I work from home. Must be comfortable with one dog. Our 4-year-old loves to be read to, color, play with magnatiles, do puzzles, play doh, etc. Our 1-year-old is content and inquisitive. They will have nap/quiet time for part of the afternoon, and the ideal candidate will do some light housework during that time (like cleaning up lunch, toys). There is usually at least one hour of downtime during this time. The schedule is Monday and Wednesday 12-5 p.m. Flexibility to occasionally come early and/or additional days is a plus, but not required. Must have references and proven reliability. Preference is for a long term commitment, but open to considering a shorter duration if agreed upon in advance.
