We are a busy family of four seeking a reliable, caring professional to support our household and childcare needs. Responsibilities include childcare on Tuesday mornings and evenings plus Thursday evenings, including school drop-offs/pick-ups, meal prep, feeding, and bedtime routines. Must be comfortable with dogs! Separately, looking for help w household tasks at flexible times: tidying common areas, light cleaning (surfaces, sweeping, dishwasher duties, trash), laundry (washing, drying, folding), deep cleaning 1-2x month (bathrooms, floors, linens, refrigerator), grocery shopping, inventory management, and occasional pet care for our shepherd mix rescue dog. You will not have to watch the kids while doing house tasks. Part-time (12-15 hrs/week). Prior childcare, housekeeping, and pet experience preferred.

I'm looking for housekeeping care for my parents who are in their 80s. They are both able to take care of basic needs (meds, meal prep, etc.). Dad has early-stage dementia. They are looking for help with housekeeping, laundry, and the occasional errand 1-2 days a week. They are both still driving (but that may not last too much longer). Prefer a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained. They are both easygoing and sweet. Their home is tidy and well-kept, they're just having trouble staying ahead of the dust, and mobility issues make it hard for them to handle cleaning and carrying laundry up and down the stairs. Bob (my father) is in his 80's and living at home. He would benefit from some help with maintaining this independence as he is beginning to have a little trouble getting around. While he uses a chair lift and needs oxygen when exerting himself, he is generally able to maintain an independent lifestyle. He needs help with reminders to take medication, as well someone to help keep track of his blood sugar levels, as he has diabetes. Some moderate help with cleaning is needed (washing dishes and laundry mostly, a weekly housekeeping service comes to handle the big stuff). He also needs help with meal preparation and clean-up, as well as driving him to get groceries, go to doctor's appointments and occasional errands. We would prefer a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and is CPR / first-aid trained.
