Is your child an artist who loves to build, construct, and sculpt? This week, we'll be making 3D art projects that might include dioramas, model magic, string art, found objects, recycled materials, and more! Note: Creations in Sculpture is offered twice during the summer. The techniques may overlap, but the projects are different in each session - so feel free to register for one week or both for double the fun! Our large, private studio is an ideal place for your child and their friends to be led by an artist in creating a unique craft of your choice. The craft usually lasts an hour and depending on the group's age and interest we can also run games to keep the children moving and let them explore our floor to ceiling white board wall. Our teacher will greet the children, run your craft, and clean up. Relax and leave the mess to us so your can enjoy your child's special day! We provide two hours in the studio with a teacher led craft. A full list of party themes is available on our Birthday Party website page. Custom projects are available for a small additional fee of $30. This payment of $150 is a non-refundable deposit to hold your space for the party. Full cost is $395 for up to 10 attendees and $15/additional child to be settled the day of the party.

Our most popular summer program returns for Summer 2025: Art Lab! Does your child love to engage in the process of art making and experiment with new things? If so, Art Lab! is the week for them. This week will be chock full of exploration of art materials and may include things like making fizz art using baking soda, salt resist painting, kaleidoscope making, paper marbling with shaving cream and more! It's sure to delight the adventurous artist! A few of the AWESOME projects we will make this week include: Magical kaleidoscope Colorful shaving cream collage Funky Fizz Art Magic Potion Jars And so MUCH MORE! This class is open to beginning students who have never used a wheel as well as students with prior wheel throwing experience, looking to advance their skills. First time students will learn the basics of throwing on the wheel including centering and pulling walls to create bowls, cups and plates as well as how to trim and glaze pieces before the final firing. Experienced students will take their work to the next level: adding attachments like handles and spouts and carving and sculpting texture. All students will have their own wheel for the entirety of the class period. Course fee includes access to tools, clay, and glazes.

Whether you're just starting out or a more seasoned potter, we welcome you to our evening Adult Pottery Sessions. We'll teach the basics of wheel throwing, trimming, and glazing as you create a variety of pieces you'll be proud to show off. The cost of the class includes 25 lbs of clay, tools, glaze, and firing of work made during class time. Additional clay can be purchased at the studio with cash during open studio hours. Open Studio time is included with your registration.

Calling all young artists to join Art Club! Art club is many things...It's a creative space bursting with the supplies and materials artists use to make beautiful art. It's a learning place teaching skills in drawing, painting, sculpting, collage, clay and more! It's a nurturing community encouraging friendships and camaraderie as we create art together. Welcome to Art Club! We're excited to watch each member grow in artistic skill and creative confidence while having a TON of fun! In this class we will: -Draw -Paint -Collage -Use modeling clay -and learn real techniques that artists use! All tools and materials included.

This beginner-friendly workshop is a great chance to have some family FUN together on a Saturday morning! We welcome children ages 8+, accompanied by a paying adult. Each person (child and adult) will have their own wheel and create their own pottery pieces! Learn the fundamentals of throwing on the wheel and glazing your work. Come on in and get a taste of what our longer wheel throwing courses are like. We think you're going to get hooked! NOTES: This is a two-day workshop. You will throw your pieces during the first session and glaze them during the second session, after a bisque firing in between. Your final work will be ready two weeks later, after the glaze firing. Your $200 registration includes one child and one adult. Additional tickets may be reserved for $100/per person. We welcome children ages 8+ Children must be accompanied by a paying adult Due to the small size of our pottery studio, this event is only open to paying customers (no onlookers). We'll be using image transfers, stamping, embossing, scratch boards, and paper marbling to create one-of-a-kind prints.
