Welcome to Dolphins Swim! Summer isn’t summer without water and swimming! And our swim camps provide the opportunity to build confidence and learn basic swim skills or improve swim skills, with time to enjoy the water, and have a fun camp experience! Camp includes swim lessons on Monday-Thursday and free swim Monday-Friday. The day begins with morning check-in, activities, and snack, and then the group heads to Carlmont High School for organized swim lessons and supervised recreational swim! Lifeguards are on duty! Then we head back to the center for some serious camp fun, including snacks, exploring, quiet activities, outside playtime, organized games, arts and crafts, games, jump rope & more...a busy day with plenty of exercise and activity! Camp includes two healthy snacks per day and Campers will receive a Footsteps sun protective long sleeve swim shirt to wear.

Week Seven – Under the Sea Dates: July 21–25, 2025 Dive into an unforgettable underwater adventure as we explore the fascinating world of marine life through creative crafts, water play, and absorbing activities to spark curiosity about the ocean. Join us for a week of underwater exploration and fun and a greater appreciation for our oceans and marine life. Wednesday Field Trip: Marine Science Institute – Campers will enjoy a hands-on learning experience at the Marine Science Institute, exploring marine habitats and interacting with aquatic creatures. Friday Special Event: Tommy’s Pirate Adventure Puppet Show – The Puppet Art Theater Company will bring a swashbuckling ocean-themed puppet show to camp, filled with adventure, humor, and imagination.

Welcome to Racquets & Swim New this summer we are expanding racquet sports to include pickle ball, badminton, and table tennis. Footsteps Child Care, in partnership with the City of Belmont, and support from the USTA NorCal, will again offers the H.I.T.S. tennis program. This program combines the challenge and fun of playing tennis with the educational and character-building aspects of team sports in a cooperative team environment to foster sportsmanship, integrity, camaraderie, responsibility, positive self-esteem, and social skills. All participants receive an H.I.T.S. t-shirt, wristband, ball, certificate, players/parents manual and more!!!

Week Nine – World of Water WOW Week! Dates: August 4–8, 2025 Splash into the final week of camp to celebrate the wonders of water! Dive into water-themed fun, explore the importance of water in our world through games, crafts, and exciting activities. Experience water play, create aquatic-themed crafts, design mini boats, learn about oceans, rivers, marine life, and water conservation, every day is packed with water-inspired fun. Wednesday Field Trip: Aqua Adventure Water Park, Fremont – Cool off and enjoy a day with water slides, lazy rivers, and splash zones at this thrilling water park! Friday Special Event: End-of-Summer Water Party – Celebrate the end of an amazing summer with a water-themed party! Featuring water balloon games, sprinklers, waterslides, and refreshing summer treats, it is the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable camp season.

Camp Footsteps Summer 2025 Week One – Let’s Get Moving! Dates: June 9–13, 2025 Kick off summer with energy, excitement, and movement with a week packed with fun, active, engaging outdoor activities! Campers will learn new sports, play group games, and participate in team challenges while exploring how nutrition and healthy living are important. Get ready to move and play with a week full of action and adventure! Wednesday Field Trip: Visit the Magical Bridge Playground, a unique, inclusive play space where kids can run, climb, and explore in a safe and creative environment. Friday Special Event: Camp Footsteps Team Relay Day – Campers will compete in exciting relay races and games to win great prizes while building teamwork and having fun!

Field Trip 1: Walt Disney Museum & Presidio Tunnel Tops Park, San Francisco Grades: TK-2nd* When: 9 AM - 4 PM Cost: $65 Field Trip 2: San Francisco Giants STEM Day Grades: 3rd-8th* When: 9 AM - 4 PM Cost: $65 *Older children may opt to attend Disney Museum trip if they prefer **Enrollment is included with a minimum of 3 days per week enrollment. If you are not enrolled full time, please add the drop in fee listed on the extras tab** Full Day Camp at Footsteps includes fun and educational activities. The typical day includes indoor and outdoor choices with arts & crafts, games, sports, wheels*, gardening, and activity clubs. Activities will be limited on field trip day. Two healthy snacks are included each day, lunch is not provided. *Children are allowed to bring bikes, scooters, and other non-motorized wheels to ride during the day. Helmets and other safety gear must be worn, and children may only use the items they bring.

If you are not enrolled full time, please add the drop in fee listed on the extras tab** Full Day Camp at Footsteps includes fun and educational activities. Two healthy snacks are included each day, lunch is not provided. *Children are allowed to bring bikes, scooters, and other non-motorized wheels to ride during the day. Wednesday Field Trip: Children’s Creativity Museum, San Francisco – A colorful journey awaits as campers visit this hands-on museum, exploring exhibits filled with interactive art and creative projects that bring colors to life.
