SPRING BREAK ART CAMPS Join us for an afternoon of art that is fun, hands on, and a blast of creativity! At this camp your child will create a sculpture of a pokemon, or what they would want their pokemon to look like, using polymer clay which is baked and cooled and then painted all during camp! Your child will come home with a completed work of art. At this camp your child will get to learn about art, get their creative juices flowing, and have fun creating their own work of art. Spring Semester (Mid March-May) This class is recommended for ages 13-18 who have a basic knowledge of drawing. Come dive in to the world of anime at Art House! Learn step by step drawing skills used to create anime characters. This class takes a look at what makes a cartoon "anime," different methods, techniques, and all the formal elements you need to create your own anime art and characters. Classes are limited in size, so sign up today!

Spring Semester (Mid March-May) This class is for high school and college art students. Join us for classical instruction, covering a variety of techniques and skill building, with a degreed art instructor. Students will choose their mediums and subjects for their pieces with guidance from the instructor. Portfolio development will include completed works of art as well as research regarding various schools and programs students are interested in. The main focus of this class is to create a portfolio to assist with placement in the art field, work towards scholarships, and program acceptance. Students will also be exposed to art competitions including how to enter, how to present their artwork for competition, and what types of competitions are available. Spring Semester (Mid March-May) Explore the vast world of imagination and visual storytelling using technology to create art. Watch your work come to life as you learn different aspects and skills related to digital art. Classes are limited in size, so sign up today! Digital Art supplies are REQUIRED, iPad with Apple Pencil and art program Procreate are used in class. (we cannot guarantee a 1:1 lesson if you use a different program) NOTE: there are 2 generations of Apple Pencil- please check to make sure you have the compatible pencil before attending. Spring Semester (Mid March-May) This class is for students ages 12-16 who love to create things with their hands. Students are guided to build and sculpt using different clay techniques with a focus on polymer clay. While exploring the clay medium, students develop skills needed to create three dimensional forms like animals, food, and more. This class can be registered by invitation only.
