Experience in early childhood teaching

I have been working at an early childcare centre for the past 5 years of my life and I love it. I mainly deal with children that are 2 to 5 years of age but have experience with the toddler age group as well. I am looking for a change of pace and really want to focus attention to creating a more well balanced relationship with a smaller group of children and really looking into fostering relationships.
